My area of interest is Law of the Sea. The objective of my research is to identify some general problems of the current Law of the Sea and to analyze future trends and challenges. I try to cover topics related to ocean management and issues relating to the maritime sovereignty of States, as well as the implementation of UNCLOS rules.
