My research is in the area of intellectual property law (primarily trademark and copyright law, and also ambush marketing). I also research and write in the area of privacy law, particularly technology and privacy. I am also involved in research related to geospatial data (location data) and the law. This includes the ownership of such data, as well as privacy issues arising from the use of location information.
