Using CanLII – Updating Legislation and Case Law

CanLII offers a very basic citator for legislation and case law. It provides a listing of cases that have cited the statute or decision in question but does not indicate how that judgment treated the legislation, statutory section, or decision. See Fig 1.2, Fig 1.3 and Fig 1.4
