Alexandra Pepin is a registered dietitian and holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology from the University of Ottawa, where she serves as a part-time professor in the School of Nutrition Sciences. Her research explores the effects of sugar and low-calorie sweetener consumption on metabolic health and gut microbiota. Committed to evidence-based communication, she actively engages with the media through podcast, television, and print interviews.
