Research information:
I am a clinical psychologist. My research generally is related to how people develop anxiety disorders, how these disorders are maintained, and how they can be treated using cognitive behavioural therapy. I am specifically interested in the role played by our thoughts and behaviours in symptoms of anxiety. I also have expertise in emotion regulation, PTSD, and OCD (and their treatments).Area(s) of expertise:
