His research examines commodity and stock price dynamics, economic policy design, and tax collection behavior - with a particular focus on translating analytical findings into actionable policy insights. His recent scholarship centers on Markov regime-switching models as tools for time series forecasting, reflecting a broader commitment to advancing quantitative methods in economic research. This methodological sophistication is grounded in rare interdisciplinary depth: Dr. Nguyen holds a Ph.D. in Economics, MA degrees in Mathematics & Statistics, and Business Administration, and an undergraduate foundation in Engineering.
