I research family businesses and business families. When studying business families, commy research analyzes effective intergenerational collaborations, succession, and next-generation development. When studying family businesses, I analyze effective governance structures, strategic decision-making processes, and drivers of organizational performance. In my teaching , advising, and executive education work, I support the development of responsible Next Gen owners, effective Next Gen teams, and smooth inter-generational transition plans.

My research focuses on the organization and strategic planning of sport organizations, especially major sports events (e.g., Olympic Games, World Championships, Pan American Games, Jeux de la Francophonie).
