Alexandra Pepin is a sports dietitian and is currently completing her PhD in Exercise Physiology at the University of Ottawa where she also teaches as a part-time professor in the School of Nutrition. Passionate abput communication, she takes a science-based approach to nutrition and has many experiences with media such as television, radio and journalistic interviews.
