My research aims to understand the macroeconomic effect of labor market regulation in industrialized countries. I am particularly interested in evaluating the effect of the employment protection legislation (restrictions on dismissal, mandatory severance payments, regulation on temporary employment,...) on productivity, wages and the unemployment rate.
