Case Law and the Canadian Abridgement – Canadian Abridgment

Published by Thomson Carswell, the Canadian Abridgment is a comprehensive multi-volume research tool for Canadian jurisprudence. It includes all reported decisions since at least 1867, as well as many unreported ones.
While the Canadian Abridgment is a complicated research tool, it is absolutely necessary to learn how to use it!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Quebec civil law decisions are not included! You will, however, find cases from Quebec in areas of public and criminal law.
