On October 5, join us for the launch of the 2005 University of Ottawa United Way Campaign. A barbecue and entertainment in front of Montpetit Hall, right across from 110 University, will mark the start of the campaign, whose theme is “The way I give.” The fun starts at noon. (In case of rain, the event will be moved to the Terminus, 2nd floor, University Centre.) Hope to see you there!
The 2005 campaign offers some new features. Starting October 5, you can go online to make your donation. It’s fast, effective and safe. You will also be able to submit candidacies for the Hubert Reiter Award, which will be presented for the first time on November 17 to an employee who is also an outstanding community volunteer.
