Dr. Nguyen specializes in the theoretical and empirical aspects of Economic Development, International Economics, and Monetary Economics. His research and publications focus on commodity and stock prices, economic policy implications, and the dynamics of tax collection. His recent work explores the application of Markov regime-switching models in time series forecasting. With extensive experience in industrial sectors and government think tanks, he has contributed to tax compliance management, tax policy development, prediction & forecast modeling. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics, an M.A. in Mathematics and Statistics, an M.A. in Business Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Area(s) of expertise:
