Description :
Citizens Academy Ottawa is a group who wants to improve citizens' understanding of how the City works and to encourage their involvement in the community to help sustain quality-of-life for present and future generations. The Academy also seeks to support the municipal government in its goal of more constructive engagement with citizens, especially those from marginalized communities.
