Alterna Savings has donated $112,500 to the School of Management to create the Alterna Savings Social Responsibility Program.

The program will promote and encourage a culture of social responsibility (CSR) within the school by recognizing and rewarding students, who demonstrate exceptional leadership in that area. It will fund student-led CSR projects and initiatives, including the recent “Making Niger Our Business” fundraising campaign and the annual fashion show hosted by the Commerce and Administration Students Charity Organization in support of the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario.
