The Department of Music, in conjunction with the Spiritual Services Centre, Community Life of the University of Ottawa, is pleased to present a Musical Offering for Christmas featuring the Choral Ensemble of the Department of Music, the Calixa Lavallée Choir, a brass ensemble and a guitar duo, under the direction of Laurence Ewashko.
The concert takes place at noon on Friday, December 2, 2005 in Room 112 (former chapel), Tabaret Hall, 550 Cumberland Street.
The program will consist of traditional carols and other holiday music, with opportunities for the audience to join in the singing, as well as carolling in the Rotunda after the concert.
All are welcome to attend and admission is free. Any voluntary contributions collected at the door will be donated to the Ottawa Food Bank.
