The Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies recently added new features to its Web site.
A new feature called “VIP of the Month” highlights graduate students or recent alumni with distinguished records of excellence. Introduced through articles and short videos, the series begins with a feature on Marie-Joie Brady, a PhD student in political science and uOttawa’s first-ever Trudeau scholar.
The VIPs are recommended by faculty members.
The Faculty also added a new calendar of events, which gives details about scholarship info sessions. Later this fall, it will include a schedule of the some 120 yearly doctoral thesis defences.
