Gélineau has been director of Sport Services since 1996. During his tenure he has overseen the construction of a new sports complex and implemented the first athletic-based bursary program in Ontario. In addition, the football team won the Vanier Cup, and numerous other teams reached national championship competition.
Established in 1965, NACDA is the largest association of athletic administrators with more than 6,100 members representing 1,600 plus institutions in Canada, the United States and Mexico.
