What is United Way?

The University of Ottawa has the largest United Way workplace fundraising campaign of all educational institutions in the region.

We need your help to again make the University of Ottawa United Way Campaign a success in 2005. A great way to have fun while helping others in your community!

We are looking for volunteers to help us plan, organize and coordinate two major events—the Campaign Launch and the Achievement Celebration.

• Virtual—A list of tasks will be circulated via e-mail to all volunteers. You will be able to choose your assignments according to your availability and expertise. No meetings required. Planning and organization of these two events will be done electronically.
   
• On-Site—Enthusiastic on-site volunteers will help with the logistics of these events.
  Many positions available: greeters, photographers, signage, music, entertainers, set-up crew and more . . .
  You will receive full support and a document with all relevant information.
