The Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) has awarded scholarships totaling $981,000 to 47 University of Ottawa master's, doctoral, and post-doctoral students. They are among the first 1,500 university students to receive Canada Graduate Scholarships, a 51-million-dollar fund administered by SSHRC.
