A member of the students' association's executive in the Department of Communications, Mike Anderson, was among the most enthusiastic volunteers during Shinerama Day on September 11. uOttawa Students are trying to raise $100,000 to help the fight against cystic fibrosis before the end of December. Guillaume Lemieux, who is V.P., Social for the Students' Federation (SFUO), says that students have already collected $75,000 and they are planning a number of events during the fall to reach their goal.
