A University of Ottawa alumna, Gitta Kulczycki was appointed as the University of Western Ontario’s vice-president, administration, effective May 17, 2004.
Kulczycki, currently vice-president and chief financial officer with the Grand River Hospital in Kitchener, Ont., has been a senior administrator in the health care sector at several leading institutions across Canada. She has also held leadership roles in the private sector.
Fluent in German, Kulczycki, a chartered accountant, received her MBA magna cum laude from the University of Ottawa.
