Several new programs were approved by the University Senate at its meeting on March 3:
Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies:
• Concentration for Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioners in Nursing
• Graduate Diploma for Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioners in Nursing
• Three new concentrations in law: a) International Humanitarian and Security Law, b) Law and Social Justice, c) Global Sustainability and Environmental Law
Faculty of Social Sciences and Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section:
• Co-operative Education Program for the Integrated Progam in Civil Law and International Development and Globalization
In addition, the Senate approved the name change of the Department of Chemical Engineering to the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering.
