More than 100 senior business and government representatives from Canada and India attended the Telfer India Forum on February 20. Organized in partnership with the Indo-Canada Ottawa Business Chamber, the program was designed to help Canadian companies better understand how to capitalize on opportunities in the rapidly evolving Indian market.
The day’s events explored India’s emergence as a global economic power and offered strategies for entering and operating in the Indian market. Guest speakers included the Honourable Harinder Takhar, Minister of Small Business and Entrepreneurship Ontario, and Peter Nesbitt of Export Development Canada’s Delhi Office.
