The University of Ottawa welcomed the Right Honourable Jean Chrétien as the keynote speaker at a special dinner celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms on April 16, 2007.
Former Prime Minister Chrétien spoke about the importance of the Charter and his personal recollections of how it came into force.
