Dr. Rose Goldstein, professor and vice-dean (academic) of the Faculty of Medicine, has been appointed vice-president of research at the University of Calgary. Her five-year term begins July 1, 2007.
A specialist in rheumatology, Dr. Goldstein will also establish a clinical practice in Calgary through the Faculty of Medicine/Calgary Health Region. The University wishes Dr. Goldstein much success in her new appointment.
