On February 28, the Honourable Monte Solberg, Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, announced $2.8 million Government of Canada funding to support Bridging the Gap: Integration of Skilled Immigrants into the Canadian Workplace.
Under the direction of Professor Linda Manning of the Department of Economics, Bridging the Gap will develop and test learning modules for understanding the barriers to integration into Canada's workplaces.
