The title of Distinguished University Professor recognizes faculty members who have made exceptional scholarly contributions during their career. A nominee will have demonstrated pre-eminence in a particular field, while maintaining a solid teaching record.
Requests for nominations come from all members of the Unversity community. Nominations must reach the office of the vice-president academic and provost no later than
5 p.m. on November 15, 2006.
