The volunteer spirit is alive and well at the University of Ottawa. You need look no further than to a group of staff members who raised nearly $28,000 in the July 21-23 Weekend to End Breast Cancer walk. This 60-kilometre walk through the neighbourhoods of Ottawa raised funds for the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation, a leader in the fight against breast cancer. The uOttawa team was the fourth top fundraising group. Congratulations to leader Arlette Henry and her team.
