Eight professors nominated for award

Eight professors from the University of Ottawa are among the 65 finalists for the 2006 Capital Educators’ Awards. A committee will select the 16 winners who will be announced on May 4.

The uOttawa nominees are:

  • Vincent Brooks (Education)
  • Alan Brown-Hart (Criminology)
  • Sylvia Boyd (Engineering)
  • John Douglas Clayton (Modern languages and literatures, Russian)
  • Claude Lamontagne (Psychology)
  • Peter Koppel (Management)
  • Kathryn Trevenen (Women’s Studies)
