Director, Forum for Aboriginal Study and Research (FASR) and Asssitant Professor at the School of Political Studies since 2007, my research activities focus on canadian federalism, Aboriginal self-determination in Canada and the United States as well as the reconfiguration of citizenship in contemproary liberal societies.

Research Interests :
- Indigenous rights and politics
- Federalism and intergovernmental relations
- Citizenship, immigration and diversity
- The welfare state and social policies
