Dr. Barbara Orser is the newly appointed Deloitte Chair in the Management of Growth Enterprises and an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship. Her research interests include small business finance, owner/management competencies associated with growing firms, women in management and business owners� perceptions of success and growth intentions. She is the author of two books on small-business finance and has published more than 70 articles for academic journals and industry reports. |
