Le Centre d'action bénévole de l'Outaouais fait la promotion de l'action bénévole afin de répondre aux besoin de la communauté, par le support aux organismes et aux bénévoles, les services aux individus, ainsi qu'un programme de bénévolat jeunesse pour les 15 -30 ans.
