Navan Animal Rescue Corporation’s (NARC) mission is to educate, inspire, and assist individuals and organizations of diverse cultures in treating animals with respect in order to achieve a peaceful, equitable and sustainable future with our companions/pets. Education, Inspiration and Assistance. These are the means through which NARC works toward its goal of a healthy world where people can live in harmony with their animals. NARC’s role is to bring people together in support of this goal and to give them the knowledge, the tools and the help they need to build a better future for our companions/pets.
