Cooperative de Travail - Maintenance 1A Plus
Description:
Fairer-Cleaner-Greener...Maintenance 1APlus is a unique workers cooperative that offers maintenance services in the commercial cleaning sector. Maintenance 1a+ was founded by five Colombian immigrant workers who were unsatisfied by the cleaning industry's work conditions. Collectively, they decided to take their negative experiences and transform them into a new opportunity. The result is Maintenance 1a+, a unique workers cooperative where new immigrant workers can proudly apply their experience, and where client satisfaction, equality, and ecology are valued!
