The Owner's and Resident's Association of Lac bernard
Description:
The Owner`s and Residents Association of Lac Bernard is a non-profit corporation created under Part 3 of the Quebec Companies Act, and is referred to in this document as the Association. It was incorporated in 1979 as a successor to the Lac Bernard Cottager’s Association, and has an average annual membership of about 300 property owners.
