Students – Obtaining a Co-Curricular Record
Your ELS volunteer experiences are recorded in your ELS Student Account, and held by the ELS for five years after you graduate. At any time, you may request to have your Co-Curricular Record (CCR) printed. It will reflect your volunteer profile in your ELS Student account.
As a student, you are entitled to one free copy per year of your CCR. It will be printed on watermarked paper to prevent photocopying. Additional copies can be ordered for $5 each and payment is made to the Experiential Learning Service. Please allow one week for processing.
FOR CSL STUDENTS
(VOLUNTEERING AS PART OF A COURSE)
If you participated in a CSL assignment, you are automatically eligible to have your volunteer experience added to your CCR. Simply make sure that:
- You are registered and matched with your placement in your ELS Student Account;
- You bring in your validated log sheet to the ELS office at the end of the semester;
- An evaluation of your volunteer services has been submitted to the ELS office by your community supervisor.
FOR CCR STUDENTS
(VOLUNTEERING OUTSIDE OF A COURSE)
If you participated in a CSL assignment, you are automatically eligible to have your volunteer experience added to your CCR. Simply make sure that:
- You are registered and matched with your placement in your ELS Student Account;
- You bring in your validated log sheet to the ELS office at the end of each semester, or every time you wish to update your profile;
- An evaluation of your volunteer services has been submitted to the ELS office by your community supervisor.
