My research focuses on emerging AI technologies, particularly natural language processing, biometrics and intelligent assistants (virtual assistants, chatbots, generative AI, ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Co-Pilot). I am interested in how these technologies drive workplace digitalization and reshape organizational strategies. I also research the ethical impact of a world increasingly driven by AI.
