uOttawa chancellor receives Law Society of Upper Canada honorary doctorate

OTTAWA, June 22, 2012  —  On Wednesday, June 19, the Law Society of Upper Canada awarded the 27th Governor General of Canada and University of Ottawa chancellor the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean an honorary doctorate (LLD), in recognition of her distinguished work as a journalist, broadcaster, lecturer and social activist.
