University of Ottawa appoints new media relations manager
OTTAWA, April 17, 2012 — The University of Ottawa is pleased to announce the appointment of Caroline Milliard as its new manager of media relations.
Before joining uOttawa, Caroline worked as the external communications advisor for the Centre de santé et de services sociaux de Gatineau. She also spent 14 years as a journalist, assignment editor and line-up editor at Société Radio-Canada.
The manager of media relations is responsible for maintaining the University’s ties with media representatives, with uOttawa’s principal partners and with communities across Canada in an effort to promote and support the institution’s teaching and research mission.
