uOttawa: A top 25 employer in the region for the third year in a row

OTTAWA, February 7, 2012  —  The University of Ottawa is proud to be named as one of the National Capital Region's Top 25 Employers for the third consecutive year.

It recognizes employers that provide exceptional workplaces and offer the most progressive and forward-thinking programs, compared with other organizations in their field. The rigorous selection process is overseen by an advisory board that evaluates the organizations according to specific criteria.

To place in the Top 25, organizations must be leaders in their field in terms of physical workplace; work atmosphere and social life; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.
