You're never too old to get moving and stronger! My research shows that older adults over the age of 50 who have been following a physical activity routine for the past 10 years (or more) were able to improve their health and lives in so many ways. They overcame periods of depression, sadness, and difficult circumstances in their lives. They were also found to use exercise as a vehicle to manage their existing health conditions, control aches and pains, and reduce their chances of getting sick.
