Our research group uses ultrafast optical techniques to improve the general understanding of microscopic interactions and quantum transitions in materials. We rely on lasers and custom-made optical tools to study the physical origin of some of the most intriguing phenomena such as superconductivity. We study and explore ultrafast dynamics inside 2D materials, semiconductors, organic compounds and biological samples.Areas of Expertise:
