Research Information:

The major goal of my research is to understand how cognition (learning, memory and decision-making) is shaped by the selective environment. My research is focused on avian foraging and social behaviour, using mainly experiments in the field but also captive studies, as well as comparative methods. I use an integrated approach, drawing from behavioural ecology, cognitive ecology and evolutionary ecology.
