For the Faculty, write a short paragraph (500 words max) on what's behind your choices of NGO, Internship and/or NGO. *

On top of your online application request, you must complete the following steps BEFORE September 22 at 4 p.m. :

Send to fssinternational@uOttawa.ca a cover letter addressed to your selected NGO detailing your interest and qualifications for the posting (maximum 1000 words) along with a resume. The letter and the resume must be written in the host country's language indicated in the posting. You can apply for a maximum of two postings.

IMPORTANT: YOU HAVE TO WRITE A COVER LETTER AND RESUME IN THE LANGUAGE OF THE CHOSEN COUNTRY. SHOULD YOU SUBMIT 2 CHOICES, YOU MUST SUBMIT A COVER LETTER AND RESUME FOR EACH POSTING IN THE LANGUAGE OF EACH HOST COUNTRY.

You must email the following forms and documents BEFORE September 22 at 4 p.m.:
1. The THIRD-PARTY AUTHORIZATION FORM TO RELEASE STUDENT INFORMATION
2. the RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS, AUTHORIZATION AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT form.

These documents and letters and resume must be submitted BEFORE 4 p.m. on September 22. Without them your application will not be complete and you will not be eligible for an international internship in Winter 2024.
