Research Information:

I research family businesses and business families. When studying business families, commy research analyzes effective intergenerational collaborations, succession, and next-generation development. When studying family businesses, I analyze effective governance structures, strategic decision-making processes, and drivers of organizational performance. In my teaching , advising, and executive education work, I support the development of responsible Next Gen owners, effective Next Gen teams, and smooth inter-generational transition plans.
