Vision 2010: The Consultation Process
Areas of Consultation
Taking into account the contextual analyses submitted for its deliberations, (financial context, space management, faculty renewal, etc.), each roundtable was asked to:
- put forward the questions it deems relevant, that is, select the priority topics or themes that warrant attention;
- identify the stakes and possible impact underlying each key question (by assessing the current situation, recognizing trends, and listing concerns and problem areas);
- propose specific actions or recommendations to achieve objectives;
- identify the tools needed to measure progress.
To complement their positions, roundtables summarized the best practices in the area under review.
