François Allard has been appointed administrator of the Student Information System (SIS). Allard, who has worked at the University since 1988, was previously a systems administrator in the Faculty of Science. He began his new position on January 12.
Jim Kohan was promoted to the position of manager, e-Business and Web Strategy Service. His appointment was effective December 10, 2003.
Kohan has extensive experience in marketing, communications and graphic design, having worked in various capacities, including creative director and communications manager, for Ikea Canada and Ikea North America from 1989 to 2000. He also has experience in freelance graphics design, and as a project manager at the CCS Web Development Centre.
