In conjunction with the Master of Arms School, the Medieval Studies Student Association demonstrated medieval fighting on the lawn of Tabaret, on October 2. The fighting techniques were based on the manuscripts of Fiore de Liberi, a medieval master of arms. The event was part of Arts Week, which included the Walk of Arts – a display of artistic talent by numerous uOttawa students.
