The University of Ottawa’s Computing Help Centre (CHC) is the first and only operation at a Canadian university to be certified as a centre of excellence by a business research group at Purdue University.
Computing and Communications Services, which runs the CHC, applied for the certification and earned it after submitting to a rigorous evaluation process defined by the Center for Customer-Driven Quality at Purdue. The designation means that the CHC met or exceeded a number of benchmarks in service delivery, client satisfaction, and cost control.
